Wednesday 9H15 – 10H30 : in studio 12, rue des Couteau Verrières Le Buisson 91370 France (this class is also online, in French)

Sunday 8th September 14H – 16H30 movement and self-massage for Late Summer – Grounding and Contentment earth element/spleen and stomach meridians in Tradition Chinese Medicine
Sunday 6th October 14H – 16H30 movement and self-massage for early Autumn – ease of exchange with our surrounding environment metal element / lung and large intestine meridians in TCM
